We're a small Singapore-based team helping people find their footing at early-stage startups — the kind of companies where the work you do actually moves the needle.
Our story
SeedRole started in May 2026 with a hunch of Bryan Rosario's: the best jobs are often at companies you haven't heard of yet. Early-stage startups give you real ownership and room to grow fast — but actually finding the right one has always been far harder than it should be.
So we're building something simpler: hand-picked roles from startups across a range of industries, backed up with honest guides and advice — the kind of stuff we wish we'd had when we were first trying to make sense of startup hiring ourselves.
That's the whole idea: cut the noise, and put good people in front of the teams building something worth joining. We're a Singapore-based company, currently pre-launch — and honestly, we're only just getting started.
